Black’s Island, Florida - US $48,000,000

Black's Island, Florida
One of Florida’s most stunning new developments, the entirety of Black’s Island is newly available for purchase. Beautifully landscaped and with a large central lodge, the island has 26 island-style residences that have an air of Robinson Crusoe with a luxurious twist. The island itself is rich in history, and local lore suggests that the island’s name comes from the notorious English pirate Captain Black Sam Bellamy, who was said to have used the island as an outpost from which to scavenge the sunken gold-laden Spanish fleets found around Florida’s coast. Captain Black’s bounty unfortunately sank with his northward-bound ship when it struck a sandbar in bad weather, and was not thought to be buried on the island… although it may be wise to keep an eye out for any suspicious-looking X’s.

  1. Been to Phuket City twice now, first time was in May 2003, then back at New Year 2010. What a great holiday spot! It caters for everyone: if your searching for social locals there is masses of them, if your looking for healthy food there is a good deal and nightlife is outstanding. If you want a low-priced vacation, you can have it - if you require a pricey holiday, you can have it also. My girlfriend is totally in love with the place and has just bought into a bar over there. My kids love it as well. What a fantastic place to celebrate Songkran!
